Ive been doing some reading and with they help of people hear, ive realized that I may need more fibre in my diet. I dont eat as much salad as i used to (it made me bloated) so i find that i get constipated more. Im thinking of getting benefibre. im just concerned that its a laxative and it will cause dependence. I dont think it is supposed to be a laxative cuz you are supposed to take it everyday. I guess its just fibre and thats it rather than psyllium or other laxative ingredients. anyone tried it?

What do you mean dependence? Benefiber is a fiber supplement not a laxative, it is going to absorb more water in the food causing a softer stool and control bowel movements to a regular schedual. If you want more actual fiber in the diet you can just eat whole grain foods.
