Help!!!! Small green lumps!

Well, I've always been prone to yeast infections for some reason or another (I think its my birth control Yasmin) and the other day I took a vaginal treatment that I bought from the store. It was a sticky gel that you put deep in the vagina, it was called Triconazol or something.
Anyway, the next morning after I took it i saw that most of it had come out in my discharge during the night and something else had too...As I was examining my underwear before wash i saw 3 small green lumps, they looked sort of like boogers and were squishy and stuff. I'm very worried, I took the yeast medication because I was having a lot of pain and burning during and after sex (which has been going on for the past 3 months). Help please! I need to know if something is wrong with me! Hellppppp!

I'm not familiar with this particular kind of yeast infection treatment, but I know from the ones that I took last year when I had a bad yeast infection, some of it always leaks out, even if you go to bed right after using it. How long has it been now since you tried the gel medication? Have you seen improvements? I haven't experienced this myself, but strange colored discharge is a normal symptom of vaginal yeast infections. I would assume that the strange lumps were some combination of discharge and the gel.
