Hi, I need an advise. I am addicted to watching porn and sometimes masturbation. I need to have some advise how should I control my self. Is it bad for health, and is there any side effects on fertility? please guide me on this. I am worried about this and really try to stop it, but sometimes I can't. What should I do? PLS HELP ME.
