confused and worried
Ok Im 16 years old and just started developing breast about a year ago currently im an A cup visually my breast look fine. But to the touch its strangely hard when i lay on my stomach they hurt . It feels like theres this solid object inside them .I ve researched a bit online and im pretty sure breast are supposed to be soft not hard so im very cunfused about this so please help.
This is due to puberty. The harder more sensitive spots are the developing tissue. Basically this means the fat in your breasts is starting to develop more and more mass will be seen. It may not be a huge amount as it is impossible to know your final breast size when puberty starts but you could potentially grow quite a bit, only time will tell.

So its normal for them to be hard though im 16 an got my first menstruation at 12
You are still developing. Happened to me and my mom actually took me to doctor about it. I'm 36 now............ anyway its totally normal for them to go through texture changes during menstrual cycles........... lumps are a different story.
