    Hi all,

For the last couple of months I've been having these symptoms on a daily basis (mainly in the morning): diarrhea, nausea and intense fatigue. I've also really lost my appetite and have a general feeling of being unwell.
My partner and I moved to a new place a few months ago and haven't found a doctor to register with yet, I'm going to get on it asap but in the meantime I'd really like to know if anyone's had similar symptoms? Or if someone might have an idea of the type of thing it could be.

I know you can't self-diagnose but I'd just like to get some opinions...

Any help would be really appreciated.

If it helps, I'm 23 - had my period a couple of weeks ago so can't be pregnant - and sometimes, at night, I get this crawling/numb/tingling sensation in my arms and legs (i don't know if that's at all related).

    Thanks, in advance!

Are you under alot of stress from the move? Is the water good where you live?

Stress can cause IBS which will cause diarrhea, nausea and intense fatigue.

Fatique can also act on your nerves which can cause numbing, and tingling if the nerves are affected from say inflamation ....

Diarrhea can cause an electrolyte imbalance if it goes on long enough and is intense enough. The electrolyte imbalance can cause the rest of the symptoms. What are you doing to control it? You really need to get tests done at a doctor or a clinic.
