any other symptoms? sooo many things can cause this
do you suffer allergies or sinus problems? even ear problems? I know when I get a sinus infection I feel like I'm going to fall over
best to maybe go see a dr.. they might be able to help more
Since yesterday about noon, I've felt light headed. But not dizzy. No problems with vision or feeling like things are moving. Just really light headed. Comes and goes. I have been having problems eating enough food lastely, I'll start eating it and then it just tastes bad or makes me feel like I'll throw it up, so I stop eating. So I thought maybe it was food. I ate lunch, 1 1/2 taco from taco bell (i know, real healthy). So once I got off work I grabbed a chicken snack wrap while I drove to my parents house to pick up their dog. Still didnt go away. When I got home I drank a full glass of milk and layed down. It would go away and come back so on. Today, in the a.m. wasnt feeling it much. Ate a small blueberry muffin and peanut butter and crackers, so far. It's actually more now then earlier. I sometimes have high blood pressure, but from what I read, low blood pressure causes light headed ness? Ive tried searching all over, but what throws me off is I am NOT feeling dizzy or vertigo. Any thoughts?!?!

You are probably just dehydrated with a combination of poor food choices for the day. Drink a big glass of orange juice to get a mass shot of vitamin C when you are feeling yucky...it is a much better choice than having a glass of milk actually.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.
No other symptons, no allergies or anything. But it stopped that day, and hasnt returned. Thanks on the tip of OJ!
