    Question Shaking

Its kind of hard to explain this,

Its been going on 6 days now, and lasts for about half an hour each time.

I start shaking, as if, you know maybe if your outside in the cold and you are freezing and your shaking and shivering.
Well, thats what happens me only I'm not outside and i feel really warm when it happens and I feel a little agitated when it happens.
It happens 3 to 4 times during the day but worst is in the mornings when I wake up. In the mornings I feel a little sick and really shaky?
Any ideas what this is or anyone with similar story?

I shake when I'm anxious about something, or often when I'm extremely angery... almost like a shiver from the inside like my bones are vibrating and my heart is just urging to jump out of my chest... But I can't say that I've ever felt like that after waking up or feeling ill during it either.

Yeah, its only in the past few days now, and mornings are the worst. When I get up I feel really shaky and a bit sick, and have completely no energy. But it usually goes away after an hour or so.

    Almost sounds like low blood-sugar

Symptoms of mild low blood sugar usually occur when blood sugar falls below 70 mg/dL and may include:

    Nausea.
    Extreme hunger.
    Feeling nervous or jittery.
Cold, clammy, wet skin and/or excessive sweating not caused by exercise.
    A rapid heartbeat (tachycardia).
Numbness or tingling of the fingertips or lips.
    Trembling.

    maybe?

Could it be pregnancy? If you're feeling really weak and sick in the morning...but low blood sugar makes sense too.

I agree with Sungoddesschelsy, it sounds like hypoglycemia. I'm a diabetic, it happens to me when I miscalculate my insulin or food.

Hypoglycemia in non-diabetics can be an early sign of diabetes, you should get checked.

Well I can rule out pregnancy for sure, I'm on birth control.

Its at its worst in the mornings where I am physically shaking.
I've never suffered from anything like this before. So if you guys think it sounds like early signs of diabetes, I really should see my doctor.

    Thanks

If it's hypoglycemia it could be an early sign of diabetes. Many type 2 diabetics have hypoglycemia for years before developing diabetes.

If eating some sweets make the shakes go away faster, that would indicate hypoglycemia. I had a friend that had hypoglycemia but never developed diabetes. She always carried a sack of sweetened peanuts, she claimed when an attack hit her eating a little sweets with the peanuts worked best. If you think that is what you have, you should google hypoglycemia, there is tons of information on the web.
