Default Strange Abdominal Pain, leading to other problems.

For the past few months I have been having very strange abdominal problems. My bowels are rather regular no problems there, however almost every afternoon or night I get the feeling of being constipated and an impossible to ignore urge to push. I go to the bathroom and push and it just makes me want to push more. The only thing pushing does is cause me to urinate a little, it also causes the opening of my vagina to become sore. (The urine does not cause this, the pushing does.) That is followed by an urge to urinate even more and more pushing. Which causes my vaginal opening to become extremely irritated feeling. I can't even describe it.

It lasts for hours, sometimes I will go to bed with it and wake up the same problem. Other days it won't happen at all, though that is becoming quite rare. Lately I have started using an ice pack once the vaginal irritation starts. It causes some relief but not enough. I really do not know what to do. I have tried eating yogurt and drinking cranberry juice but my diet does not seem to have an effect. The pain and irritation is become unbearable. Every time I feel the urge to push coming on I get tears in my eyes because I know what is coming.

I do not currently have insurance and without some sort of idea of what is going on with me I can not estimate a cost.

Please, any information or any ideas on what could be wrong let me know.

    Default

possible kidney infection if its been going on awhile or still just a urinary track infection.
    both are cured with antibiotics
i would suggest getting it looked at!
no idea with cost as I live in canada and everything is free and covered, but i would assume with any type of symptom like this it would be worth the money! even if you had to take out a loan to get it taken care of
