I went through this, and when your stressed you do have sleeping problems, but when getting back to normal, your biological clock is out of sorts and routine.
Because your sleeping at different times, your body gets confused and is out of a normal sleeping routine.
At the weekend's, get up at the same time as you would during the week, and try get back in to your routine. And don't over sleep, because the more sleep you get, it actually leaves you feeling more tired.
Make sure get up early, have your breakfast and make sure you have all your meals every day. It may take a week or two to get back in to your routine properly, but you will be feeling much better.
