So, for the past month I have been so tired. I go to bed at 12(midnight) and wake up at 10am super tired. I wake up a couple times in the middle of the nights to eat sweet food/candy. Are there any suggestions on how I can wake up and not be so tired.
I tried sleeping less, but it does not work because I am still so tired. I just do not want to be tired anymore.
I found that during breaks from uni I was sleeping normally but not doing any activities really...this made me feel so tired.
Since then I fill my days with doing something, whether it's doing uni work to keep me busy, going to the gym or just going for a long walk. This helped me loads.
Also people said that i needed to change what i was eating, so i ate more fresh fruit and vegetables and drank more water, cutting down on alcohol and caffeine. I feel like i have more energy.
