I had a very similar problem, which the lack of sleep started causing migraines. I went to my doctor who recommended I go see a neurologist. I would go see your health care provider to make sure nothing serious is going on. Then they can decide the best way to treat yours.

But i'm really tired the rest of the day. It sucks, especially when I have to go back to college, and wake up early for classes, and practice. Whatusually helps me go to sleep is having the tv on low volume...I think its just the glare of the tv that has to be on for me to go to sleep. If i try to sleep in silence, I just start thinking alot about everything, and it stresses me out?:P
