    Default Growth spurts?

Okay, so here's my little question. Can women get growth spurts in their early 20's? I've done a little research, but haven't been able to find anything helpful. The reason why I'm asking is because my legs, below my knees usually, have been aching ally. Usually when I'm like laying in be or just relaxing. I haven't increased my activity level so I don't know what could be causing this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    Thanks

If a person did it would be very very minimal, as in no point in measuring your height for a change. The bones are basically already set in place due to genetics and completion of puberty by that age so the pain could be simply attributed to general body aches or changing weather (a lot of people have sore muscles when the weather changes).

Are you talking about vertically, or horizontally? Because I have had a few horizontal growth spurts in my 20's. HEHEHE.

When your legs are aching do you feel the need to move them alot for relief?

Be sure you are getting your daily vitamins and nutrients. (ex. low potassium can cause cramping and achiness) Be sure you're drinking lots of water.

Are you taking any new medications?

Thank you for the suggestions. Very helpful. It doesn't feel like it's on the muscles. It feels like bone. I do kinda get the urge to move them. It seems like it I force the muscles to stretch it helps, but I don't know if that's just because I can't feel it because the muscles are stretched or not. As for my health...I am overweight, but I'm healthy in other ways. I live on a pretty big college campus so I do a lot of walking between classes. And this just started like a week ago. Haven't ever had this problem before, and I've been overweigh for a while now.

Have you went to the college medical office to have them do tests?

Could also have something to do with the cold... Does it occur more when its cold out?
I had a situation like that for a while, and they even thought it might have been Gout at one point (which happens more with cold weather, but not necessarily always).
