Guess I'm in a funk again
and I don't know what to do to get out of it.
No matter what I do I think I'm disgusting, flat, and fat and just angry. I just wanna hit someone and starve, Idk how the two things are related but guess they are.

Sally you've just had a fairly major surgery and have been taking all kinds of meds, they can wreak havock on your emotions. We've seens your pics and you are lovely. You are a very pretty, attractive young woman. You aren't flat, fat or ugly, quite the opposite.
