For the last 8 months, I have had the weirdest sensation. My skin feels like it is being bitten by thousands of ants. It doesn't itch, just burn/hurt. I get it every now and again. I think it maybe caused by temperature or stress... Does anyone know what it could be? Or even know what I'm talking about?

I know when I get a random chill, even when it is not cold out, I get goosebumps and the hair on my arms or legs sticks up and rubs against my clothes making it feel like pinpricks. Especially noticeable after shaving my legs for example and have the stubble and the chill happen.

Sometimes the nerves just get overstimulated. I've found that hydro therapy can take care of it - this will jump start your immune system too. Get in the shower, do 13 alterations, start with complete cold, then hot as you can take (don't scald yourself though) then back to cold, hot...
This stop hives sometimes, is great when you have a cold too.
