Okay, So These past couple weeks these are my symptoms:

-More gas(farting)
-Increased Appetiate
-Nausea comes and goes
-Acne a couple weeks after my period
-Period like cramps (lasts about maybe 5 minutes then goes away, not everyday and it is random when I do get them)
-A bit more tired than usual
-and I feel like I have gained weight (when I am wearing jeans or sweats, I get marks from the jeans around my waist, as well as when I wear socks, I get marks on my legs from where they sit)

What could be the cause of this?

I have been trying to eat healthier these past couple weeks, I started a new job and I have not been stressed at all. I don't think I am pregnant, as I just had my period last month which was normal, one day less than what it usually is.

I read online and a friend of mine told me, that eating healthy causes you to be hungrier
