Not really, I mean you could get anti-gas pills like Beano but that is only going to prevent the gas for a time being and not the smell once you do have a BM. The smell is due to the bacteria producing methane when your food is being digested. It is more dependent on diet and many gassy foods such as cauliflower, peppers, prunes, and beans will contribute to a stronger smell.
