Right, I'm looking to put on a little bit of weight, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I have no idea where to start or what to eat. Can anybody help?

So you're at a very healthy weight for your height. Whatchu wanting to gain for? Did someone tell you you're too skinny? :\

No, I would just like to be a little bit heavier. I'm quite skinny, my waist is 24inches, my hips are 13inches, and my bust is 33inches.

Hmmm. Well, I would recommend weight lifting and drinking a protein shake per day. This way you'll build muscle instead of fat. I wanna see a pic of your body. (Clothed of course. LOL!)

I was wondering what 13 inch hips with a 24 inch waist looked like. lol!!!

Your measurements sound almost exactly like mine cept you're an inch taller. It doesn't sound like you're too skinny at all. And depending on your age, your body will naturally fill out some as your hormones and metabolism change. My body changed quite a bit at around age 25. Before that I was supa skinny. And now though I'm still thin, I have more shape.

I still wanna see a pic. Often our perceptions of ourselves are very distorted.

I'm not 'unhappy' with my body the way it is, I would just be happier if I was a bit heavier. I feel very skinny. I don't like to see my spine or my ribs if I bend over

Your best bet is to get into lifting weights and doing strength training in conjunction with a good protein shake every day. Cardio is always great, but adding some weights to that will help you gain muscle. I know when I'm not working out I feel very skinny and unshapely, but when I'm working out and maintaing muscle my body looks curvier and heavier.
