The company cut off our health insurance card early. It wasn't supposed to be cut off today, yet it was. In fact, it wasn't supposed to be cut off at all because we were told we'd be able to pay our January bills on it. We haven't received all of the bills yet, but were told not to worry. Now the husband has tried to pick up my meds and can't.

Yeah, I'm going to make some calls tomorrow. My husband emailed both the owner of the company and HR and explained what happened as well as the fact that he was assured, in writing, things would be covered. The owner wrote back anything this month will be covered, but we'll see what happens.
