    Default Constant Stomach Aches!!

I'm 20 years old and I've never had trouble like this before. I've always been able to eat whatever I want and never usually get a tummy ache. In the past month, every time I eat, I get an awful stomach ache and have to run to the bathroom! I'm in the bathroom for a while in the worst pain ever. And for the rest of the day, the stomach pain still lingers. People have suggested that maybe I am allergic to gluten. I have no clue! Now that is happens almost every time I eat, I'm getting a little scared to eat! Any suggestions or remedies for tummy aches?

Maybe you have a bug? You should see a doctor as soon as possible, this has been going on for a month.

See a Dr ASAP! This sounds like a stomach virus or a food allergy! In the meantime, start keeping a record of what you eat and how long it takes to cause stomach problems. Note any foods that don't trigger a reaction, or as much of a reaction, and start narrowing down to see if it's a specific substance. Try going a day without any wheat products, then dairy, then eggs (yes, there are people who get violently ill when they eat eggs due to an inability to break down certain proteins in the white and yolk)

I hope that helps, but seriously... GO SEE A DOCTOR!

A friend of mine discovered she had a bad reaction to a variety of foods that causes stomach acid problems - doctor told her it was fairly common. Problems were: Alcohol, chocolate, mustard, tumeric, asparagus. Yes I know life without chocolate and alcohol is barely worth living. Maybe try avoiding all of those for a week and see if it helps. Also agree with the above advice that you should talk to a docctor.
