Bloated, pain in the pelvic area, and the Doctor states there is no infection, no need for antibiotics, what tests did they do?
But, it could be a simple thing, which is not a nice thing to have but can be managed, IBS. Irritiable Bowel Syndrome.
This causes your stomach to bloat, it causes pain in the pelvic area and mostly it's gas and a lot of it, your stomach can't handle certain food groups ..
The main things to avoid is greasy foods, dairy, chilli and heavy amounts of meat . The best things to try are all greens, no matter what they are, small amounts of meat but preferably white meat, fish, and lots of water, fruit, wholemeal breads and see if it's gone in a week, or alot better, then you know you have IBS and you'll have to watch what you eat.
