    hi, i had pleurisy about 2 months ago. generally it feels fine, until i did a fitness dvd the other day and doing sit up's were agony!! is this normal?

    any answers would be appreciated

    Increased breathing rate from exercise for example will aggravate the lining of your lungs causing some pain so yes it is normal that this pain happened. What did your doctor prescribe you when you were diagnosed?

    i had antibiotics, i wouldnt no the name tho. and anti-inflammatory, diclafenac.

    If the antibiotics cleared everything up then it may be a different issue as to why you were hurting during the exercise like general muscle pain.
