Angry My head lice nightmare

Hi,

Got headlice from my x husband, over a year ago. Tried everything I could think of to get rid of it. Kept reading that vinegar makes it impossible for the eggs to attach to the hair shafts at the edge of the scalp. I realized lemon juice was acidic like vinegar, now I put it on my scalp in 50/50 water solution. But I swear to god if I stop they are right back. How many ways have people finally irradicated these from thier life!

theres over the counter medication for head lice, just go to a pharmacy and ask they will recommend you on which one to use. Also keep your hair tied all time so it wont spread.

I once had it and you literally have to do a major clean of your house! They will attach to stuffed animals , clothes, pretty much everything. You have to wash it all. Also you have to go get that over the counter medicine. Clean all your brushes. Its a huge hassle , but you gotta get rid of it

We had a terrible infestation about twenty years ago.
Lorexene cream works and there's a shampoo as well.
You have to virtually throw out all your hair implements,
combs brushes, whatever.

You really do have to clean everything, they do make a spray to put on couches, mattresses, stuffed animals, anything you can't stick in the washer or want to throw away.

Hi Laura,

If you want to loose those head lice on you, all you need to do is that while you are having a shower and while there is still shampoo in your hair, take a white cloth then scratch it on your head, in the area where it is so itchy...Then after that, look at the cloth that you just used, for there you can see, that the lice have been attached to the cloth...Do this repeatedly, until there is no sign of lice that you can see in the cloth.

And also remember that good hygiene is very important here...Taking a bath everyday is necessary.

Take care and God Bless.

GETTING RID OF HEAD LICE

1) soak a diaper in kerosine and wrap your head
2) use bug spray on a head tie and wear it
3)Buy Lorexene Cream and use it.
