    Default Chest Growth and Development?

I guess it's a bit of an embarrassing question, but it's something I've been wondering about.

Basically, I was just wondering at around what age and such, does your chest stop growing?
I'm 16 (17 in 2 months), and had my period when I was 11. My 'size' right now, is about a 32/34 AA (can't fill a 32A), and although there has been some minor growth just recently, there really isn't much there. Also, my breasts have not fully rounded (yet).
My mom and grandmas are around a B/C.

Even though I had my period many years ago, is there still growth or am I stuck flat forever? I'd at least like to be an A!

    Thanks for your answers!

It's different for everybody. I was probably 18/19 or so before my breasts noticeably stopped growing.
