Thread: sore right nipple. Help

No I'm not nursing and there is no discoloration. I dont believe i have bruised it or pulled a muscle. I go this Thursday for my yearly. I just didnt know if this was something I should be worried about. It hurts in 2 different locations and its more painful than just soreness. Thanks

I had something like this once, it was SO painful that if anything pressed up against the spot it would stop me in my tracks for a second or two. I was working at a daycare at the time and so I was forever getting whacked in the boob. I ended up getting an ultrasound done but fortunately they found nothing. My doc believed it to be an infected follicle or something like that. It went away on it's own.

I personally think it's always best to be too safe than not safe enough. Talk to your doc about it and I'm sure he'll get you checked out.
