This may or may not have anything to do w/ my period, so I'll mention the whole story.
I am on birth control pills, and on day 6 of placebos. Strangely enough, I haven't really been bleeding (unlike previous months) and more like spotting... but 2 days ago (day 4), I started feeling really bloated, with back pain, which I usually get with my period...
But then yesterday, I started getting a really bad stomach pain... as if I've had coffee on an empty stomach, and feeling like my stomach's being eaten away. (I didn't have any coffee btw). At first, I thought it might just be indigestion since I do get them often... but neither pepto bismol nor antacids helped... it kept on waking me up last night, and it's still persisting all of today, though today it feels more like a general pain (not a needle-poking, specific pain).
I usually do feel this over-caffeinated effect if I'm having intense PMS (jittery, tingly, empty-stomach-feeling), but not a stomach ache of this degree
I'm wondering if this is something to go to a doctor about? I don't wanna go if it just sounds like PMS or indigestion problems, but the tummy ache is really affecting my dayWith the bad back pain, I'm having a hard time standing up straight when walking...
