Its probably not psychological... my guess would be that you are just inherently more gassy at bedtime. Try taking a look at your diet and seeing if certain foods provoke more gas than others and try to have those foods minimially or earlier in the day... you could also try going to the bathroom before bed. Don't let it interfere with your sleep, unless your roomate is a robot, they get gas too, all humans do.. maybe play some music at night, get an airfreshner and just get some restyou've got much more important things to worry about !
