Hello. I am 19 years old with no pre-existing medical conditions. About 1.5 weeks ago I started to feel these symptoms-- a weird bubbly feeling in my chest almost like gas bubbles but non stop. And it feels like my heart I'd beating really fast. Now when I'm truely distracted I don't even notice these things it's like they go away. But just sitting around they are constantly there. I am very worried if anyone had any information please key me know ASAP.
Just a side note for a background-- I live with my bf and we both lost out jobs a week ago and have no luck finding a new one so were very stressed out. Also I'm kinda paranoid cause last month having 28 days compared to this month with 31 my period is all off and I feel like it's late this month

That bubble feeling could be a palpatation, from what I understand sometimes irregular heartbeats, etc... could cause those. Sometimes people can have an accelerated heart rate from anxiety, dehydration and more serious medical conditions. I would definitely discuss these symptoms with your doctor to rule out anything serious. Given the new stress factors in your life it could be panic, anxiety driven attacks... but I think until you get a medical professional opinion on whats causing it , it may concern you -- so might as well get it checked out so that its one less thing to get anxious over.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.
It sounds very much like stress to me, but to make certain I'd make an appointment with a Doctor. One additional item, do you drink a lot of coffee or cafeinated beverages? These can cause tachycardia or rapid heart beat. If you do drink a fair amount of these, then cut back to only one or two a day and see what that does. To treat stress I'd increase physical activity and plan positive steps for the future.
It must be stress related (and the more you think about it the more stressed you'll become). Try not having coffee/smoke (if you do), find something relaxing to do a few hours a day and see if the symptoms persist.
A doctor can identify most heart problems with a simple check (and if he finds anything odd he'll ask you to take further tests) so it's worth going.
