Am I loosing the plot?

About a month ago, I was showering and noticed two spiders in the shower. My house is a modern build, clean cut and i'm a cleanliness freak...

Anyway, ever since I have been attracting spiders! I've had them on my clothes, I see them wherever I go, basically I am living in a spider nightmare world

More importantly, and this is what I want to focus on really, I feel cobwebs on my face all the time. My nose tingles, like its got cobwebs on it. Im constantly brushing my neck and face. The lady that I work with thinks i'm a bit crazy asking her all the time if I have spiders on me...

Help! Anyone know anything about this cobweb feeling? On the plus side, I am no longer terrified of spiders, i've had to deal with my new found friendship....

Maybe the cobwebs are somewhere else really you know that old saying? I've got cobwebs it's been so long?

Miffed, mmm so when did you battle this new found friendship, which terrified you? Like when you saw the spiders in your shower? A month ago? Then you are still really terrified of spiders sub-consciously but are trying to block that by accepting cause well you have to

Spray your house, the front door and back door areas with a spider killer that last for a few months, that way you won't fear seeing one or thinking one will be somewhere within your home... I would imagine your fear is if you are sleeping and they build a cobweb around you but you know that is never going to happen

Fear spiders at all when you were young? Maybe that explains the constant craze....even though you say you don't fear them now
I have often found how remarkable the human mind can be at scanning and picking out information we may otherwise have been oblivious too. For instance when we hear something new, like a name for example, we then see this name continuously appearing everywhere we go as our brain has learned to pick up on it....In this case, you have seen something you didn't like and have developed a "spider sense" (haha) which has placed them at high alert in your conscious brain. Now subconsciously you will be picking up on them and also playing tricks with yourself ------all in the mind.

Perhaps the spiders have always been there but because you have given it some thought your brain is now picking up on them more so then it would have before....

Tip? Why don't you try thinking about money rather than spiders and see where that goes

Have you seen ze film 'Drop Dead Fred' with Rick Mayall? Funny film made in the 80's I think......
There was a scene where he see's up a womans skirt and goes "oooooooooh cobwebs!" I now know what he means lol

Yes, this could quite possibly be it. Although, I dont feel like I am thinking about cobwebs on my face until I get the feeling, then it is all that I can think about.

I've stopped seeing them in the house, which is good, I can have a shower in peace now. The cobweb feeling is still there, my nose is tingling as we speak. I can be eating breakfast outside and the next thing, there is a spider on my foot and I dont feel like im looking for them at the time.

I've done a bit of research, spiders can be spiritual guides...the cobweb feeling is spirits around you! Interesting

Seriously? post the contents of that here, given I am a witch and never heard of that before, but certainly anything that is persistant is giving you a message if you believe in the spiritual world in my opinion.

You can also get a cob web feeling over a part of your body when spirit is near. Usually around the face or hands but can be anywhere. It depends on the spirits ability as to how much they can interact with us. I looked into this as well, and research suggests that i'm vibrating on a higher level than the person that walked in front of me and didnt notice the cobweb feeling! This stuff really interests me

I have definately often in my life felt the cold air around just my face, or someone touching me..

Now that I think about it, I have brushed my face a few times thinking something was on it, but never took notice until you bought this up...
