    Default bruise turned yellow

    i got my bruised a few days ago and now its turning yellow.
    is this normal?

    Yes, it's normal. It means it's healing. I'm in the martial arts, so I get bruises quite frequently, they always turn green or yellow-ish when they are starting to go away.

    Yes. At first a bruise may appear reddish, then go to the characteristic black/dark blue/dark red/purple color, then to a lighter red with green or yellow. The changing colors simply means it is at different stages of healing.
