Ginger is said to have the quality to stimulate blood circulation, apart from providing relief from nausea. Drinking ginger tea is good for beating the common cold as it helps to loosen the phlegm and provide a warm feeling to the body. So, if you have cold, nausea or joint pain, go to your back garden and collect the roots of ginger. Eat it in small amount or prepare a strong ginger tea by boiling it with water. Trust that you have a good medicine ready, at hand capable of treating all these diseases.
