Start taking Omega 3s, they are vital for nervous system and are very likely deficient.
I tried talking to my mom about it but she just thinks I'm crazy but lately i've been hearing voices in my head and when I do I feel like.. This urge to cry. I can never make out what the voice is saying, cause when I try to concentrate on it.. It's like my brain doesn't work right and I can't just focus on that one voice or whatever, it happens when I'm having conversations with people & even just lying in bed or writing poetry, it's been interfering with my writing ability as well, that's really getting to me. But when I'm having a conversation it goes away after about a minute but when I'm laying in my room at night it doesn't .. I haven't slept in my own room for over a month now, I don't like being alone. My body gets stiff and that voice doesn't go away when I'm actually alone. I'm fourteen years of age and I take medication for my depression.. Not sure if that would have anything to do with this but I wanna know what it is. I read online that people with schizophrenia have problems like this sometimes.. But I wouldn't know if that's true or not. I'm not sure if this should be in this category but any advice or thoughts on what this could be would be greaaat. this is driving me insane.

We can only learn to love by loving. - Iris Mudoch, British writer
In addition to what WC said, ask the doctor to have your hormone levels and vitamin levels checked as well. Any imbalance there might do that to you (based on my experience).
What counts in making a happy marriage is not so much how compatible you are but how you deal with incompatibility. - Leo Tolstoy
The clearest explanation for failure of any marriage is that two people are incompatible; that is, one is male and the other female. - Anna Quindlen

is there any history of mental illness in your family? you should talk to someone about this....
They do but schizophrenia does not typically show up until early adulthood. You will need to get a referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist for this. A true auditory hallucination is rare, schizophrenia does not present with only auditory symptoms but a professional psychologist or psychiatrist would be able to tell where you are mentally to possibly give reason for hearing things. They will explore any stress that you are having which does have the possibility to wreak havoc on your mind and create symptoms that should not be there. If it is a true auditory hallucination you cannot make them go away with vitamins, you will need psychiatric medication-that does not mean you are crazy lol it just means medications that are prescribed for mental issues.I read online that people with schizophrenia have problems like this sometimes.. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.
Google "Schizo-affective disorder" and check the symptoms, see if that sounds like you. It's difficult to diagnose, it presents with some symptoms of schizophrenia but not as severe, and is often coupled with bipolar and/or depression. My aunt has this, she does quite well with medication and is able to function normally and live on her own. That might not be what you have, but it always helps to do some research and present it to your doctor so they have somewhere to start.
How can you see where you're going if you spend your whole life looking over your shoulder? –Naughty Ninja
It could be a symptom of depression, it could be a result of a bad med choice-meds can do really weird things, or it could be something else entirely. This is one of those things that people over the internet cannot diagnose. You need to see an actual psychiatrist. Not a general doctor unless they have more psych knowledge than average. Out of the probably 2 dozen different general doctors I've seen I would trust 1 with something like this.
