I use to only snore when I would have a cold of some sort, however since my last severe sinus infection I have not stopped snoring. My question is why this is a sudden onset? I can breathe fine through my nose and it's not every night. I tried the strips on my nose they don't work at all. My hubby and I are marking our two year anniversary soon and there is this huge thorn in our marriage. Any ideas or suggestions? A little info about myself 27 years old, 5'3 and over weight. I have always been over weight.
Any info would be helpful
Being overweight definitely affects snoring as does position when sleeping. Position can be dictated by pillows that raise your head too much or the position of your body when you sleep. Even if you haven't gained weigh, sometimes the weight seems to redistribute. The toning of some parts of your body may have got worse. Then again, age also seems to be a factor. Another thing may be eating too late in the evening. Good luck.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
