About a week ago I found a large lump, or swelling on the back of my neck. It is around my C7 between my shoulders. It was not painful at first, but as of 2 days ago, my neck has been achy and I am having shooting pain up the right side. I have looked online, and it kind of resembles a small buffalo hump. I am not an overweight person, but I am 24 weeks pregnant. I am 5'5" and am about 134lbs. I was about 125lbs prior to conceiving. I don't want to overreact, but this lump is making me nervous. The lump itself is not painful, just my neck. If anyone can give me some insight as to what this may be, it would be greatly appreciated. I have an appointment with my OB on Monday morning. Thanks!
