So, I have been on birthcontrol for almost 3 years now and I've never had this problem before. My breast are very very sore to anything. I can't touch them at all and wearing my bra's has become a painfull hassell. The pain is equal in both of them and I dont see any lumps or anything unusual. My boyfriend is convinced that this means Im pregnant, and thats what my friends seem to think to. Does anyone know what this could possibly be ?

It can be one of the symptoms of pregnancy, but it could also mean, PMS, ovulation, etc.

My breasts get very very sore when I'm ovulating and also when I'm PMSing. So painful, that I almost cry at just a boob graze.

Where are you at in your cycle? Are you late for your period? Can you take a test? Did you skip any pills, etc?

Im on seasonal, so I only hit my cycle every 3 months and im still a month away from finishing the pack. I've had the pms and cycle pains, but they have never been this bad. I havent been to get a pregnancy test yet, but i should be going in the next couple days

    - Take a blood test (best way to be sure whether you're pregnant or not).

    - It might be tight clothing/underwear

    - Hormones

If you are taking your bc regularly and are not taking antibiotics, its extremely unlikely you're pregnant. It's most likely hormonal indeed, but not pregnancy. And based on your other post regarding your bf's comments about your appearance, I do hope you're not pregnant by him.
