Stress can aid in increasing infections, however there is no real 'cure'. This is an already present microorganism in your body and it is needed to play a part with other bacteria and such in order to keep you healthy. All you can do is try not to get stressed out, try to eat some yogurts that say "probiotic culture" (this is not a cure only a helping aid), keep the area clean, drink water and not eat junk food.
