Am I pregnant???
due to my episode of pancreatitis, during my stay at the hospital, doctors didn't allow me to continue using my contraceptive pills. I have been a little bit more than a month without taking them due to my medical treatment. I had sex last weekend using a condom. I have not had my period yet (I am now 8 days late - 5 days late when I had sex) and I am not sure if the condom worked as it should, but I wonder if I could have become pregnant. My doctor says I should still wait for my period considering all the medication I have had, as she didn't recommend the emergency pill due to my medical condition, but I don't what to do now... Please help/comment.
It sounds like your period is delayed due to all the stuff going on in your life.
Your period was already late before you had sex, so I don't think you are or could be pregnant. Especially if you used a condom and didn't notice it breaking.

thank u for your reply. i am so scared... i am even thinking that even having him touching my intimate areas after touching his, could make me become pregnant. Apparently, everything stayed in the condom, but i can't help feeling this anxious.
