    Default Lower Abdominal Pain/No Symptoms

Last night around 5pm i started feeling this dull achy pain in my lower abdomen. It hasn't subsided and ibuprofen did nothing for me. I assumed it was ovulation pains because i used to get those pretty badly.

I started freaking out about pregnancy because i know people feel a swelling crampy pain after a few weeks or whatever but i don't see this as a possibility because i haven't had sex since around June 18th. I took plan B the day after even though we did use a condom but i didn't want to risk after a silly one night stand with a friend and i've had 2 periods since then. 1 normal, the day i started my new birth control and the 2nd one was a little weak but i'm on Yaz and that is to be expected.

I have no other symptoms. I'm not nauseous, i still have an appetite, no fever, my lower back doesn't hurt, no blood in my urine or stool..
I recently quit smoking via Chantix.. so maybe the Chantix/Yaz combo is bad? Or maybe it's a little "constipation" due to the fact that i've smoked for 10 years and now that i don't have that natural laxative as often as i used to that i'm little.. stopped up!

Anyone have any insight to this? It came on pretty suddenly and hasn't really stopped and is made worse when i walk. I feel like i have to pass gas.. but when i do it doesn't subside the pain..

I did use the bathroom, and it took a bit (ugh i feel like this is TMI!!) but it did relieve some of the pain.. but now that i've eaten a little lunch.. i feel like i'm almost back to square one.

Okay, I do sound like a parrot now, but this is almost EXACTLY like me right before we found out I had Ceiliac disease, honestly, in the northwest usa, dont bother getting tested for food allergies, but anywhere else, try it, and even with a -, go on a elimination diet.

This could possibly be any number of GI problems. I've had a bit of chronic colitis, and sometimes there are aches but no bloody stool. It's a pain that can sometimes feel very similar to menstrual pain. If it persists, maybe your doctor can refer you to a GI specialist. Maybe your medications are affecting your liver? Are you having any symptoms like jaundice or dark urine?
