The first several weeks sounds like jet lag. As for the rest, have you tried a hpt?
All this started when I came back from California visiting my husband. While I was there we were trying to conceive... It was a 2week break from my busy.. Kind of stress free daily routine in NYC. When I came back the first week. I was so tired.. I had to force myself out of bed to go to work and I had more than 8hrs of sleep. I got my period that first week back (normal 4 days) so there was no luck getting pregnantThe next couple of weeks I couldn't fall asleep at night. I had to force myself and I even tried sleep hypnosis, which only worked the first night. I had some weird things going on, in the right side of my abdomen I feel this weird feeling, there is no pain but I feel something there. I have terrible gas in my stomach. I am sure I have a UTI. I had uncomfortable bladder pressure when I went to the bathroom (which is gone now) So now this week I got my period as expected. The first day nothing came down but when I wiped it was light brown and then gradually changed to a maroon color. The next day was a normal period. I found it weird that I was clotting on the first day my period was coming down, this normally doesn't happen until the 3rd regular day. The next day, which was yesterday was only spotting 2 different times. I still feel something on the right side of my abdomen, on/off. I am wondering if this could be an ectopic pregnancy. I am now feeling like I'm coming down with a cold. I get fatigued easily. I don't know what's wrong. I can't see a doctor until next week. If anyone knows anything, please help.

I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

It doesn't sound like you're pregnant, but it could be anything. It doesn't sound like something to worry about either, try not to worry about it until you see the doctor, you'll feel much better after the visit. Do try to rest as much as you can until then.
You don't give an age here , nor whether you have had any Pregnancies or Miscarriages ?
But I would assume that you may have allot of Stress and Stress can make your Body do so , so Many things.
Pay attention to the pain, Time of day, What you do, what makes it hurt . Then also realize that when in higher elevations, assents and descents ( Planes ) are a Gravity switch.
Blood always , sits or " resides" in the lowest part of the " Organ"
Drink Lots of water, Eat Healthy as possible , Exercise and I will bet your DR will tell you it is all good and just prepare yourself for the Next Normal Period.
