So, I have a couple of issues. I'll start with the most annoying, my stiffness! I have a surplus of progesterone, badly formed joints, weak muscles and I thrash about in my sleep. Bad combo. Every morning when I wake up, it feels like my muscles are super, super tight around my frame, and especially my spine! My mom was laughing because I was walking around the kitchen all slouched over, like a zombie, so she thought I was tired from me trying to get used to my new schools scedule before school starts, but it was that my spine hurt so bad that I couldn't help it! She gave me an aleeve (and a hug!)
And, for further info, my shoulders fall out of socket regularly, they kinda fall out halfway and I put them back in, when I do really hard exerise, (aka climbing a huge sand dune with my bestie at the coast) my knee goes out of place and makes it so my knee can only bend so much and then it is way to stiff/feels like something will rip or tear if I push it any further. (I had to walk up my friends stairs like a pirate with a peg leg I bet I looked so funny!) So, I have to use a rolling backpack to hold my binders and textbooks to carry them class to class, or they will be too heavy and I have to pop my shoulders back in, cuz they fall out. (It hurts when they fall too! They fall on some sorta nerve er or sumthin') and I changed schools to do a different P.E. class (yoga and spinning! ) so I could acctually do P.E.! I am too young for shoulder surgery and exersise makes everything fall out more!
Second, my friends and I have an inside joke now that I have the bladder of a squirrel cuz' I pee constantly! I have the urge every 20 min or so!!! Blugh. No symp. of an infection.
Oh! Just for info, I have ceiliac and an gluten free.
    Any suggestions peeps?

dont know about the stiffness, sounds like u need to go to a physiotherapist....as for the peeing, i pee alot mainly when i drink alot of caffine, coke, coffee, tea etc. i have good pelvic floor but any amount of these liquids my body wont keep for long. sometimes ill feel like i really need to go but theres only a dribble there. i dont have a urinary tract infection ( i have had them but its painful etc so i know the difference) ive just always pee'd lots!
my shoulder used to pop out as a teenager and apparantly weak joints can be genetic. my knees are shot from netball and the genetic weakness. light stretching every morning may help with the stiffness but i think you need to relay your concerns about it to your parents and see a specialist. from a dietry perspective u may not be getting enough oils. try eating more fish and nuts
If I knew where I was going I would already be there
I wish I had more time. Judicious, beautiful, augmented, whatever.
