Does anyone take this? I am 17 is it okay for me? I have been taking it for a while now and it hasn't shown any side effects. What exactly is special about this vitamin supplement besides the fact it says it is for women??

Being for women means it has more iron in it than one for men. Women who menstruate lose iron on a monthly basis and have to replace it. On the other hand, too much iron is poisonous. Therefore men should take a vitamin with less iron in it than women who menstruate.

Vitamin pills shouldn't show side effects except to reduce vitamin deficiency diseases.
