I started school two weeks ago and I have had headaches everyday. Even weekends when I am home. My vision is good. Thoughts ideas. I am drinking water so it's not dehydration, I also have my normal amounts of caffeine. I have been on Elivil 150 mg for two years now for headaches and continue to take it every night. My headaches were controlled until class started.

Are you staring at the computer a lot reading notes or writing papers? I know my eyes start to strain and then the pounding headaches start and are difficult to stop.

Yes, but I wake up with the headaches too. I woke up with it this morning even. I take firocet or advil and it goes away but as soon as it where's off comes right back..

I'm not too sure aye. The only thing I can think of is it could be the lighting in your classroom, I notice sometimes the light can trigger a migraine as it does for me.
I cant really offer much info maybe you could be lacking in some sort of vitamins that could also be triggering your headache. I hope you get it sorted soon.

Are you dependent on your morning coffee like myself? lol. I need my cup in the morning, I do not drink a lot of coffee but I often wake up with the 'caffeine headache' until I have my cup or take an Advil. But during the day even when it wears off the triggers can start it up again. The lighting, the computer screen, the gazing at small print novels, the noise of people in the hall...really anything can be a trigger even when you normally would not have a headache.

Have you checked your blood pressure? Or, any changes in what you eat or in your exercise schedule since you started school?

I still have it after my morning cup. I have an energy drink at lunch but this is also a normal habit that has not changed. My Bp is generally normal, though haven't had it checked in a bit. My diet is still pretty much the same, as for exercise level that is still the same... Nonexistent.

My neck is kinda a hot mess, I have had two surgeries to the site and I have all sorts of muscle and bone problems at the site now.
I just took more firocet. I just give up.

I've found that constant headaches can be due to poor sleeping posture. I may be "comfy" when I sleep, but my neck disagrees. lol
