    Unhappy Normal breast development?

Im 17 years old, will be turning 18 in December and I believe that my breast have not developed.
My breast are more like breast buds.

My main concern is not because i want my boobs to be enormous, but mostly because I'm 17 and I still have breast buds.
I cant even fill a 32A and push up bras don't really work on me, also my breast isn't really round, more like conical, and my nipples are really small.

I remember having this same size since I was 12 has this happened to someone before, or somebody can explain this?

You are technically still in a late stage of puberty. Your breasts will still develop. There is absolutely no way to predict how much they will grow though.

You might have small breasts for the rest of your life. Look around at family members; though you won't necessarily grow to be the same sizes as them, it is often a good indicator of your "end size" range, at least.
Then again, as IAS mentioned, your body is NOT done growing. Your breasts may grow another cup size or two before you turn 21. And when (if?) you have children, pregnancy is known to make your breasts larger too.
If they are still "buds," you have a loong way to go.

Definately look at family members, my mom and my grandmother (whom I might as well be a clone of) are bolth D's, and I am an A...gr. Late bloomers, people with undiagnosed food allergies, etc.etc. sometimes continue growing into their 20's, (my family) so I wouldn't worry yet. And, hey, at least you can jog without slapping yourself in the face, or have back and neck pain, or yell "Help me, I've fallen and I can't get up!" when you slip in the shower. :P Best of luck!

I was "Flat" until I was about 18 1/2. Half way through my freshmen year of college, it seemed like I had boobs overnight.
I have four Aunts and my mother with Dcup or higher in bra size, by genetics, I thought for sure I would have SOMETHING.
I do have something now, but there is no way to know what your body will produce breast wise until all the factors for breast development are done.
