Caffeine doesn't make you gain weight, so I'm not sure what the issue is?

If you're adding sugar and creamer to your coffee, and drinking alot of it, this will help you to pack on the winter pounds. Try switching to a natural sweetener like stevia or truvia, and go for the Non-Fat Half and Half or Skim Milk.

You could also try hot teas. Green tea is great for metabolism and will also give you some caffeine.

You can still consume food and drink if you want if you work it off.
Make it a habit to park at the back of the parking lot so you have to walk further or take the steps instead of an escalator.
