Any of you guys have any good suggestion on any over the counter meds or herbs to promote energy? I've tried taking mega "B" complex and still no help with my energy level.

This might be a horrible suggestion, but I've found that liquid energy shots work for me. Like... an expresso shot or two or an energy drink. Those are more likely to make you depend on them and crash, but there are some liquid shots that don't have that crash effect on you.

Of course the best thing for energy is getting enough sleep, eating right and getting exercise. I've found that nothing compares to that.
However, when I'm a slacker and not as healthy as I should be an espresso or yerba mate in the afternoon works well. I also have one of those Emergen-C's they have a lot of C and B vitamins and give me a boost. |
