Default The cold weather and aching bones...

A couple of weeks ago I was outside for a few hours off and on. It was a really cold night but it didn't bother me too much. The next morning I woke up in pain ( which isn't new to me ) but it was the aching bones type pain through out my entire body. That lasted for two days and the entire time I didn't want to do anything besides rest my body. I'm wondering why my body reacted like that.

Muscle and bone pain can be an indication of many conditions. Acute arthritis, which is an inflammatory problem, Fibromyalgia which is also an inflammatory problem or Vitam D deficiency.

I would go to the Doctors and check as you obviously suffer from pain usually, it's best to know what it is and treat it, than suffer and suffer worse when in cold weather.

Thanks. I did have vitamin d deficiency and I was on some heavy duty vitamin d for a few months earlier this year. Fibro and Lupus have been brought up but the doctor mostly wrote those two off even though Fibro makes the most sense to me. I plan on seeing the doctor again soon to see if he can look into this more but with a few doctors writing everything off as nothing in the past couple of years I've lost a lot of hope in getting any answers.

    Hi Hun,

If you had Vitamin D deficiency chances are you still do sweet. That can cause fatique.

The only natural remedies are getting out into the sun, eating eggsfortified milks, fatty fish..

    Or taking supliments.

Why not change your diet first off to help? See what happens... Fybro I have and it's not a nice thing to have, though I have it under control
