It sounds like you have a kiddney infection. Get to your doctor. Reason why I know I had the same thing. Bladder and kiddney infection. That got worse and my tonsils swelled up and had puss pockets all over both of them and had 103 temp. It was negitive for strep or tonsilitis. CRAZY TALK ABOUT GETTING SCARED!!!!!!!!!!! I was than put on Bladder and kiddney medication, penicillen800mg, vikiden500mg - however you spell it- for pain and Motron 800mg.

Sounds like a UTI, may have spread to kidneys. Get a urine test from your GP
