Meditation?
I would love to hear any positive results of using meditation to help relieve anxiety. I have anxiety and I have tried acupuncture (but it is so expensive) and I would love to try another method. I've been meditating on this (link snipped by mod)and have also tried writing in a journal. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I would love to hear!
