Ok, I'll take you up on that. It's been a week now.

So, how's it going? My guess is you're still smoking? Have you managed to at least cut down?

One thing i knew was that i'd have to do something cause you'd be asking me in a weeks time.

So, being an honest person, behind a computer, i'd have no choice but to do something or get another tehehehe....

I went the opposite first, kind of like rejection nooooooo, then yes, i cut out the by the computer, first in the morning and could handle it, but of course then bought that packet, ....

As you said, forget stress!!! That's an excuse, so today is the first so far, with that silly thing called will power, i may cheat, ie) chew a gum with nicitine in it, but i'm of running with nooooooo now just do it....

Have my little book of quitting next to me..... and my man's news of throat cancer being cut out shortly, which means ahhh, if that is not my warning sign, why him not me then.............
