    Default difficulty breathing

Diana, your symptoms kinda sound like asthma or something similar. I used to have asthma when I was younger but every once in a while I have an attack and its hard to breathe. Maybe you should take to your doctor. In the meantime, try drinking some cold water if you have a hard time breathing. It helps me out sometimes. Also, don't do any hard workouts. They tend to cause asthma attacks sometimes.

I have suffered from difficult breathing for years, it feels like I cannot get a deep breath, and yawning tends to be the only way, although sometimes that doesn't help either. I have never been able to find anything that helps, I go through times where it is really scary, because it is incredibly difficult to breathe. I don't have the ability to see a doctor, any advice on how to cope with shortness of breath?
