Default How High Should your Blood Pressure be?

Hi I just had my blood pressure checked on tuesday and it was 114 bit more than couple months ago also have colorestrel 4.0 since i had a blood test 6 months ago so im on the tablets so the doctor told me to look after my weight walk, etc but i've told her i don't eat that much but im thinking it could be a aneixty or something? whats the best way to keep it down bp and colortresl?
